HVAC Service Technician — Full-Time

  • Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform inspections, tune-ups, and performance optimization.
  • Installations: Support new system installations and replacements.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate clearly and provide top-tier service.
  • Requirements: HVAC license, 2+ years experience, EPA Section 608 certification.
  • Compensation: $25–$35/hour + overtime + company vehicle and tools.

HVAC Installation Specialist — Full-Time

  • Responsibilities: Install and commission HVAC systems in residential and commercial projects.
  • Technical Skills: Read blueprints, perform precise measurements, and ensure compliance with codes.
  • Leadership: Mentor apprentices and collaborate with project teams.
  • Requirements: Journeyman license, 3+ years experience, Trane familiarity preferred.
  • Compensation: $28–$40/hour with project bonuses and benefits.

HVAC Apprentice Technician — Entry-Level

  • Training: Hands-on education covering system operation, diagnostics, and safety.
  • Mentorship: Work directly under experienced Trane-certified technicians.
